RecommendedHad the shifting linkage go out on our 2009 Avalanche while on vacation. Despite being very busy on a Friday, they were able to get the vehicle in, provide a loaner, and have the work completed by noon!! Well done boys, well done!!!

Best car buying experience EVER! I searched 2018 Volt on Facebook a week ago and Keweenaw Chevrolet had listed a brand new model available for a great price. I sent a FB message inquiring and was able to do the whole negotiating process (including a trade in) online. Today, they had a delivery person drive the car 8 hours one way to our house, and drive our trade in back with them. Highly recommend!
My mom brought her car in because an indicator was lit up that her engine was hot. They said it was the water pump, so they replaced that and a belt. A few days later, the indicator lit back up. This time, they said it was the thermostat and replaced that. Now, a few days later, that hot engine light is back on. Wtf? Do you make a lot of money on older women by not fixing things properly?
They are friendly and totally professional. Best service I have had in awhile.
