A very caring doctor and staff.
I was very fortunate that Dr. Owsley's staff arrange for my all of my hospital and Reh needs. The personal care that was provided by all members of the staff at Palamar Hospital and Rehabilitation center was very professional and friendly.
Confident that I was getting superior care with my knee replacement. Appointments on time and Dr. Owsley answered questions clearly.
He replaced both knees then in December he replaced my hip. He totally cares about his patients and their wellbeing. He made sure my pain levels were down and now I’m in my 6th week without pain. Just need therapy to strengthen my muscles. I refer him to everyone that needs joint surgery.
Very thorough and professional. He has now replaced my left knee and right hip.I highley recommend him!
From the first time I met Dr. Owsley , on through my surgery, and on to post op visits, he communicated every step of the process accurately and clearly. His surgical skills, based on my recovery, are excellent!
Dr Owsley and all his staff were great, always very helpful. I will and have recommended him to everyone I talk to about hip surgery!
