Dr. Owsley is conservative in his approach to surgery. We decided on meniscus surgery last September in hopes that would take care of my pain. Unfortunately my knee pain continued, so we scheduled a total knee replacement 7 months later. He was patient with all my questions and explained the process in detail. Dr. Owsley will be replacing my other knee in July.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Owsley and the level of care he and his staff (Escondido office) have provided from day one.
