RecommendedOk, so I have to admit my first experience ordering bells from Kettlebell Kings did not go so smoothly. They forgot to ship one of the bells, I had a hard time getting in touch with them about that, etc. However, subsequent experience with Kettle Kings has been great. Customer support has been very responsive and flexible in terms of handling any issues that have come up. Will be ordering again from Kettle Kings...
24kg hard style KB feels fantastic
We ordered 2 Kettlebells almost 2 weeks ago and have only received one. When first corresponding with Kettlebell Kings, they told us we would receive shipping notification for our second kettlebell “within 24 hours” and now it has been a week (FYI - this is 168 hours) and have not received shipping updates, don’t get responses to our emails, the phone number goes right to voicemail and the Facebook Messenger option which states “they typically reply instantly” has not responded in 30 minutes now. Kettlebells really help to tone my body.
A week ago, I purchased 6 kettlebells. The website claims most orders take about a week in the US. The company still has not figured out where my order is to deliver what I purchased (after 7 days🤯). They offered me a discount on my next purchase. Let’s start with finding my 1st purchase 🤬. Now I just want my money back, since customer service is an after thought with this company.
