Disappointed in the ship time that when I ordered it said next buissness day (fast shipping) on their website banner and it had been 6 buissness days and I ended up cancelling my order because I felt mislead. Just be aware that customer service will be incredibly vague when you ask if they have a tentative date that it would ship, until you ask for a refund and then they would tell you that the truth is it takes 5-7 buissness days to ship where I could not find anywhere on the website. I drove to Austin from San Antonio and bought three kettlebells directly from their warehouse. The folks there were working diligently, and I was greeted kindly by everyone. Extra thanks to the gal who personally took my order, she very helpful with telling me about the different types of kettlebells, finishes, and sizes, and even helped me carry my new kettlebells to my car. She was super cool and I felt extra enthusiastic about my visit. I am a loyal KbK user for life!
