It was a very short stop, but the people were very friendly.
The SERVICE DEPARTMENT sucks. Incompetent and can come up with every excuse under the sun on why they can't come (or don't show up with no call) and fix a problem they created. Maybe if they diagnosed and fix it the first time the service technicians (manager) would have time to take phone calls and complaints. I will be contacting the BBB.

Very very disappointed in this place. Went there on a Monday to get a refrigerator and was told they couldnt sell us one that was on sale until Saturday at 8am. We were told be there at 8 and that they had six on sale. We got there at 8:05 and were told that all four were gone, I asked why only four. We were told by a salesman and the owner there were six. Who did they sell the other two early to, we were told they wouldnt sell early to us. Really mad and will let everyone I know on every social site that I am on.
