Replace the incompetent, uncaring personal in charge!
I would never shop here again! I bought a stove over 3 weeks ago and still don't have it. was told 10 days then 3 weeks. sure would of been nice for Thanksgiving!! now the stove is there but it's still 10 days before they can deliver it. they can sell it just not deliver it. worst customer service I have ever had in my life. sales staff is equally useless. I will do everything in my power to make sure no one ever shops here
Our washer is less than 8 months old. They quickly talked us into the most expensive washer available and now after 5 minutes into a cycle our washer just sits off. Called company and phone just rang and rang. No support. Buyers beware!!! They push most expensive product and don’t back them. Will never go back. Cedarburg residents beware.

We just bought a refrigerator from the store in West Bend. The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. When I didn't see what I wanted on the floor, he took the time to go online to show me more options. They just changed their practice and will only service appliances bought from them. This leaves more availability for the actual customers. I was happy with that change. We have bought numerous appliances from the store in West Bend and will continue in the future. Stopped yesterday in Cedarburg to look into a washer and dryer for a small condo unit. The salesman approached us and asked to help. Upon learning we were not interested in spending $1800-$2000 for each unit for the available space we have he proceeded to tell us they sell all brands and sizes and we would not find anything in our size range cheaper anywhere else. Wrong dishwasher installed. Was asked not to use it while they order the right one. A month later they finally get the right one and install it and it leaked into my basement. Had to replace ceiling tiles. Now it is leaking again. Two weeks to get an appointment for them to fix it because they are so busy. No, they are woefully understaffed in the service department. In the mean time I have ordered, received and had installed a washer and dryer from Best Buy with no issues. No way I was ordering from KMA! They can’t service ... read more
Although it says inquire to a sales person about pricing all over the store because they are having price tag issues , I was extremely frustrated! I had to ask our salesmen what the actual price was on every appliance which we were interested in ! He had to go to the computer and look up each price , which did not come close to original or sale price that was marked on each appliance! Very time consuming and frustrating!
