Customer service is not well. The parts we paid for were not delivered when our dryer and washer came. No one explains how to work anything when they drop it off. We bought all our appliances here and very disappointed in how customers are treated. We are now paying another contractor to install the appliances when they should be doing it considering we spent a lot of money there.

Thought I'd give them another try after being disappointed a while back. Didn't go well. Serviceman literally looked at diswaher, took the bottom off and looked at it with his flashlight. Said it was working fine, I needed to use different chemicals. Goodbye $70. Took it apart and found broken part that was impeding water flow. Called and supervisor scheduled. Part orders. Part took a bit. Installed today. Forgot to put all dishwasher parts back together. Again I did it myself.
Just had stove/micro delivered by Chris and Cameron. They were prompt , courteous, and super helpful w details of products. Great job from a great business. Keep it local �
Sales people are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I just bought all our kitchen appliances at Kettle Moraine from Eddie. He helped us get everything we needed with the best deal! Going back next time we need another appliance!
