We knew what we wanted, called to order the washer and even though it was back ordered and we had to wait a bit, the service of Gus and Abel at install and takeaway was so great! They had it all ready to go and cleaned up- so nice to have such good service!

I'm wondering if anyone else is currently having issues with Kettle Moraine Appliance with getting their washer? We placed our order on July 3rd and have yet to receive our washer. We have our dryer but can't seem to get a firm date on our washer. At this point we are spending at least $15 a week to wash our clothes at the laundromat. We continue to get pushed back weekly on the arrival of our washer. They offered to get us an washer which would cause us to pay about $400 more. We came in not knowing much about the new washers and Dryers and they were very informative. The two men who installed our new washer/dryer were polite, efficient, and respectful. The whole experience was very good.

I contacted Kettle Moraine over a month ago regarding my Maytag refrigerator which I purchased through them and also an extended warranty. I have had many problems with the refrigerator and was told they stand behind their sales. Still no call or response to my additional calls /emails. Would not recommend. Problem worsens another call and again no response. I will have to contact someone else to fix the problem. I

Great experience shopping for a new dryer! Scott was so accommodating. Everyone was so friendly and they stayed open late on Saturday to make sure we were all set for the weekend. We will be back for all of our appliance needs.

My husband and I stopped in yesterday to look at appliances. We are in the beginning stages of a kitchen remodel and had some questions. Jeffrey, the sales associate that approached us was very condescending and snobbish. I guess because we were dressed in jeans and Harley shirts we don’t get to be treated well. Funny, our money works just like everyone else’s.

Went in to purchase a washer and was greated by Brent. He is the washer guru. Ask me a few questions and showed me the perfect washer for my needs. Very happy with our purchase. The delivery crew was very good also.
