We bought our refridgerator at the new Cedarburg store on May 18th, 2019. It's now June 12th and still haven't received it. Guess we aren't too important.

We bought a home in Cedarburg this last year and several days ago the old Bosch dishwasher stopped working. Knowing it was an expensive dishwasher I was dreading getting repair service in to fix it so I called Kettle Moraine Appliance in Cedarburg and over the phone he walked me through the quick fix. Thank you so much!! We’ll be remodeling the kitchen in the fall and we’ll be coming to you for our new appliances!

Purchased a Refrigerator on 07/16/2018 we were told two weeks ...received call today 8/7/18, our Refrigerator is in....except....it can't be delivered until 8/14/18.....3 days shy of a month....Worst customer service EVER. Will NEVER purchase anything here.
