BEWARE - Fraudulent business practices: I bought $150 worth of jewelry a few months ago with the understanding that some of the jewelry has warranty on it. Gemstones on one of the rings I bought fell off and the owner did not want to honor their policy. She didn't want to even have a conversation about it and called security on me. I had an open conversation with security but unfortunately there's nothing they can do if the owners are fraudulent and dishonest. So now im left with rings that have missing stones.
