Awful this bank kept sending me notices saying my balance was zero and still a member got these for years hadnt had an account with them since 2008. Went down to panama location to open my account again and talk about a nightmare wow i was shuffled from line to line to line and after paying several fees i had to wait again for a loan officer who by the way spent 30 minutes wat hing the line grow and she talks to the branch manager a man with his own office i then wait another 30 minutes only to be treated like trashh and hav... read more

Been in line for an hour and half in members service, get to the tellers and they informed me they can't make me a card because system is rebooting. For reals
Just got a notice that safe deposit box went from $100 to $150. Crazy!
Kern schools definitely takes customer service seriously. We ran into some delays when it came time to close on our new house and for a few days it looked like we weren't going to close until Christmas eve. After reaching out to them, I was contacted by several managers and was assured that they would make our loan a priority and believe me, they did. It'd be great if you could reach someone over the weekend when your account has been compromised! Instead I was routed to India and told to deal with it on Monday!! Terrible customer service.
