I could not appreciate enough about Jeff's help on listing and selling our house. He is so professional on every signal detail and each step. He always on the top of responding my emails and questions. Most important, he gave great advice when you don't know how to answer buyer agent/Title agent. His service is worth much than we paid and we feel it is a wise decision to pay for the full service since he handles all!! It is a great blessing to have Jeff represent us !
I was referred by a friend to use Jeff's flat fee service and I am so happy I did. I was able to sell my home quickly and saved money on commission which I can put towards my new house. It is a perfect service for someone who is hands on and likes to be involved in the process but still requires the essential realtor services the average homeowner needs.
