We used Jeff's MLS full service to sell our home and were very pleased with his service. He was down to earth, responsive and helpful. Phone calls were always answered within a couple rings, e-mail responses equally prompt. Having some real estate knowledge is helpful with this option and the savings are great. Highly recommend.

Kermath Realty has been great for my buisness. As a Real Estate investor, Jeff has been able to help me save at least $10,000.00 in commissions that would have been paid to a traditional listing agent. It does help if you know the buying and selling process to save the most cash. However, Jeff has different selling programs that fit for the first time Home Seller or a seasoned Vet.
