Flat Fee Listing in a Seller's market worked perfect for me, and I found Kermath Realty's process and paperwork to be easy to follow. As a broker licensed in another state, I already have advanced knowledge of real estate transactions. If I did not have this knowledge, I would recommend utilizing a higher level of service than just the base flat fee listing. I will definitely utilize Kermath Realty and Jeff Kermath in this way again!
