Yes, I was apprehensive about this new program of how to list my house. Jeff was very prompt to answer every question and situation along the way . I’d say my deal was more touch and go than most but he stayed positive and kept it on track. And just to be clear he is your listing agent and he does represent you , maybe more efficiently than a traditional agent . Oh, the most important part is that you get to keep a lot more of YOUR equity .
