We have been seeing her for about 2-3 years now and though we’ve never been over the top pleased with her, we hadn’t been disappointed either. That is up until about a month ago when my husband had an appt he had to cancel due to having to take our daughter to school. He was going in to discuss lab results (when usually he’d just get this information over the phone) and couldn’t make the appt. I have been a patient of Dr. Holmes since 2010 and highly recommend her to everyone. She is very compassionate and I always receive highly skilled care. She does not rush through your visits and always listens to your concerns and then formulates a plan of care that we both are comfortable with. I drive 80 miles to keep her as my PCP because I know I am in the very best hands with my healthcare needs! Office staff and her nurses are the bomb!

Dr Keren Holmes office is not at all conducive towards managing urgent patient requests. They consistently claim they will call you back as soon as possible, but fail to call the patient back for hours or in most cases 'days') later. in fact they call back when everything else is closed (after 5pm if at all) resulting in a wasted day of 'waiting'... This staff has no sense of urgency or responsibility of any patient who calls for requests or follow-ups. on a 1-10 scale I'd rate them barely 1

Dr. Holmes and her nurses are the best! She moved from one HCA location to another a few years ago, and although it wasn't a far distance to travel, I opted to just see a different doctor at the same location. After a couple of visits with this other physician, I realized that not all doctors are the same and that Dr. Holmes was a true gem! I now see her at her current location and, although I hope she never needs to transfer her location, I will travel to the moon to see her!

Dr. Holmes is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever had. She treats me as a special person, not just as a patient. She takes the time to understand not only my symptoms, but also actively listens to any concerns I may have. She is thoughtful in her treatment regimen. She has a gentle manner about her. Dr. Holmes is skilled and knowledgeable in her profession. I have recommended her to my family. Moreover, her patient care team reflects Dr. Holmes' caring philosophy.

I've had many doctors over the years, and Dr. Holmes rates up there as my favorite primary doc. She listens, she explains everything thoroughly and asks the patient if they have any questions, and she is extremely knowledgeable. I have full trust in what she tells me. I would highly recommend Dr. Holmes to anyone looking for a new primary doc.

Dr. Holmes is a wonderful physician. I am 62 years old and can tell you I know the difference between a good Dr. And a so-so Dr. I started seeing her in Spring Hill when she was with Vanderbilt, when Vanderbilt went through their big shake up a few years ago they let her go (silly Vanderbilt) I can only assume because she was so young. Well I followed her to Southern Hills(a good distance away from Spring Hill) because I recognize a gift when I see one. She is worth the extra miles.

I was a long-time patient for at least 15 yrs w/another Dr. w/in Dr. Holmes’ group. I left the office bc towards my last few appts, I’ve been v disappointed how the office was ran. The last straw for me was that I was rescheduled twice by the office. I’ve communicated the importance of my time & others. I was an independent contractor and so I blocked these times I can come in for my yearly, etc. Apparently, these folks don’t care. My relationship w/them ended thus this Dr. refused to see me.
