Dr. Holes is a genuine partner in my Health Care. She listens, she hears me and she truly cares. She takes action and does not just refer off to a specialists. She always follows through with every issue. I truly feel I am in good hands with her monitoring my health.

This doctor was the rudest, most inconsiderate person i've ever met. I've spent 30 years working with surgeons and and I have to say she is one of the worse i've ever met. I had just been released from the hospital and needed a PCP. I was referred to her by a friend. When she came into my room she accused my of being an IV drug user, made sarcastic remarks about my future being on meds andshe made me feel like i was some sort of trash. 2 years later I'm still scarred by her remarks.

There is no way I can possibly say enough about this Doctor. She is one in a million. You are treated like family from the very start, and at the same time she is so professional. I went to her for high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Both are in check, I am on medication, but my numbers are good. She makes you feel like she has all the time in the world for you. You never feel rushed or like she'd rather be somewhere else. Dr Keren Holmes is by far the best Doctor that I've had.

This office is a MESS. I've been billed wrong on more than one occasion. I've been given incorrect blood tests, and I've had results handled insensitively. Due to the prior handling of lab results, I thought I'd utilize the patient portal.Turns out they didn't have my social correct. Tried to access it again--nope. In the end, all I was told was, "Whelp, dunno what to tell you." This practice does not care about the WHOLE person
