Dr Keren Holmes is an amazing doctor/person. She is very knowledgeable about the medications and procedures that Medicare will pay for and are Medicare approved. I work for a Medicare insyrance company and wish other doctors would take the time and care about their patients like Doctor Holmes.

So happy I found Dr. Homes as she is wonderful. I love how easy it is to talk to her, and she is very understanding and knowledgeable. I have never been so confident and satisfied with a primary care doctor before. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone.
I'm so very glad that I found Dr. Holmes in Dec 2013. Her knowledge regarding Bio-Identical Hormone replacement is what lead me to her practice. However her character and professionalism is what made me leave a doctor that I had been going to for 23 years. I would recommend her to anyone and actually have with several of my friends. Dr Holmes & her staff a personable, courteous, caring and I have never had to await long to see her.
I recently moved back to Nashville and was looking for a new PCP. After just one visit, I know Dr. Holmes is the one. She was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and took her time to address ALL of my health needs and questions (not just the ones I indicated when I scheduled my appointment). She even took the time to make sure I have everything else set up in Nashville (i.e., pharmacy, a dentist) and made a lot of recommendations. To top it off, the nurses and staff in the practice are great

Let their systems overbook appointments and then handle on a first come, first serve basis.. Very offputting staff on the phone and could not re-book for 20+ days. Bad experience!
