Dr. Holmes is always professional and seems very knowledgeable. She is a good listener and seems to truly care about her patients. Her staff is excellent, also. My prior physician retired and after seeing him for many years, I was concerned I could not find a doctor who I could trust, but I have the same trust in Dr. Homes.

I would give Karen Holmes 10 Stars if the option were there. I highly recommend her to prospective new patients. At age 71, I've been to many doctors over the years, experiencing both practitioners who take the time to serve my needs, and those that just go through the motions, giving my many ailments and needs minimal attention. I rarely give reviews for anything, but occasionally a service or individual comes along that I feel deserves tribute for their exceptional professionalism.

I am new to Tennessee. I am on Medicare. It took me a good bit of time finding a Physician who would accept Medicare. First, Dr. Holmes' practice accepts medicare. Second, when I came in for the first time, I spent a fair amount of time filling out paperwork. A nurse from the practice, then spent twice that time with me transcribing the information that I'd filled in and making she read it correctly. Never happened with me before. Third, Dr. Holmes spent a good bit of time with me.

Dr Keren Holmes is a very caring, knowledgeable physician. I have multiple health problems. She listens, and cares about her patients. She also has a caring staff that manages her office and is able to get you in when needed. She also works well with my specialists.
