My husband is currently staying here. And communication is not their strong point. A transporter came in to take him to Ultra Sound and we didnt even know that he was scheduled to go to US. Maybe it would have been nice to be informed before we find out from a transporter.
Has changed in last 10 years Registration personnel is very rude and disrespectful to patients and their families...
