Very surprised that the ER MD did not make but one appearance and that was to order an x-ray--no return to explain the diagnosis or follow up needed--left that to an ill equipped nurse who butchered the pronunciation of the diagnosis and left me wondering if she was a nurse at all. There was plenty of time to extend that professional courtesy--thank god I'm a nurse and can explain to my husband what needs to happ next--feel sorry for those without a medical background. Less than impressed!!
Very professional ..staff was very nice and I was in and out within an hour
It was ok i sat and waiting in the office for 1 hour my appointment was at 12 oon i had to go to the front desk and ask did the doc forgot about me. Ididnt see the doc until 1:05pm

My grandfather has multiple issues going on, certain members of the staff were absolutely amazing taking care of him. Some I wanted to throw out the window, however there are two nurses there that more than made up for it!
