I am very pleased with the hospital and employees. They was all very kind and went in above They kept the family up to date on test and surgery. WONDERFUL STAFF
First time there but as far as I can tell the staff is very nice.
Horrible patient service. Could not get any updates while my mother was in surgery for hours. The lady called the cath lab mutliple times and got no answer or a call back. My sister called the cath lab for 10 minutes straight again no answer. The room was missing blinds so the sun was shining through and right beside the loud highway. They did not order her any dinner and proceeded to tell me I could go get her something. The nurse wouldnt even call down to the cafe to try and get her a plate. Nice hospital and friendly staff... You need something they will get it pretty quick..They all try to help!!
The surgical staff were wonderful. Nurses and PCA took good care of my daughter

I just found out today that KentuckyOne is shutting down my spine surgeon's practice two weeks after I just had surgery. I cannot believe they are letting go a master surgeon who has over 30 years of experience and is well respected in his field. They aren't reassigning him to a new location, they are firing him and his entire staff (who have been amazing).
