I can't say enough about the wonderful nurses on 6 West and in surgery. They were awesome. Most of the aides had such great attitudes. The docs I saw were kind and caring. The PEOPLE make this a good hospital. On the negative those people are often over extended and things weren't done when they should be.

Horrible!!!! The worst hospital I’ve been to!!! My poor sister has been laying here for hours waiting for her surgery when it was scheduled for early this morning. And it’s now 3 and a half hours past that... beyond ridiculous!!!

Saddened and disappointed with the service we received at check-in today. My Son’s surgery was not on schedule due to a hospital error. Beth at check in told me I need to call my doc from my cell “and get it figured out because she was too busy and had 3 others to check in.” She refilled her drink several times and walked by me but showed no empathy, concern or compassion. Surgery is scary for everyone. But especially for children. Her lack of concern and willingness to help were NOT a good way to start the day. Nurses, docs... read more

They saved my husband's life after he had a serious head injury. Care from doctors and staff was very compassionate. I will always be grateful to the ED, ICU, and Frazier Rehab.

Drs are only interested in one thing, MONEY. I received very poor care, please run the other way if a foreign dr is assigned to you, they pass you around to all the other foreign drs so they Can pad their pockets, I questioned what they said and was treated even worse. Two of my drs have left the hospital telling me that the hospital is only interested in money. Please don’t waste your time there, you will be lucky to come out with all your body parts. They probably sell them for alittle extra cash!!!

Jewish Hospital East ( Dutchman's lane) I recently had to take my son to the ER. We live close by,and from past visits have always gotten great care from all of the staff. This past week however that was not the case. Dr. Darrius Guiden was the doctor that was assigned to my son's room. He came in, did not introduce himself and maybe was there five minutes. Just long enough to upset my son,and be very disrespectful. He was not concerned with or cared to listen to my son that we were told to come back to ER if we needed help,... read more

Visited ER Center for my wife (cut on finger while cutting vegetables). They billed us services they NEVER provided – a huge bill to just clean and re-bandage a cut finger. After 4 hours wait at reception, nurse put us in some dusty storage room, and made us wait there for an hour. So never saw the actual ER room (for which they specifically billed $1167). No stitches given; no specialist visited, a tech came and fixed the bandage, and now a huge bill of about $1600 !!! Never treated us with any urgency, should have redirect... read more
