Overcharged and No Customer Service Response We wish we had seen the negative online reviews before dealing again with Kentucky Trade. Over the years we have purchased computer parts from them and placed reasonable trust in the company, although the prices were full retail. The atmosphere of late seems tense at times and something seems to be wrong. Recently, we needed a business notebook computer with a specific operating system in a short amount of time. Great service I have used this store for many years now and I have always received the best of service. I have never been disappointed, with the service of either the owner or his wife!! I highly recommend.
KY Trade is a rip-off I would never recommend KY Trade Computers as a business to go to if shopping for a pc or any parts..........and never again will I purchase a KY Trade computer.
