Specialties Full Service Restaurant History Established in 2015. Kenton's is an American whiskey bar and restaurant with a menu of the smoked, grilled, and charred flavors that have an affinity for bourbon. The restaurant's namesake is Simon Kenton, a founder of the town of Maysville, the Kentucky port town from which whiskey was first shipped out of state on flatboats. The primary downriver destination was New Orleans where the whiskey gained popularity and perhaps even acquired its name from Bourbon Street.

My favorite place to frequent. French 57 is a great twist on the 75. Red snapper tartare is something you can't pass up. The drum entree was amazing.
Been here twice, sat at bar both times and had great experiences with the bartenders (Lane and Aubrey respectively). Food and drink on point, if expensive.
Really nice guy (with braids) took our pic without asking. Our waitress was also attentive and the drinks were 👍🏻
We went for Sunday brunch and had great time. Very good Bloody Mary and everyone in our party thought the food was very good as well
