New to RV's I was rescued by Dan when I couldn't figure out my furnace and didn't know how to even drive the motorhome. He was amazing and saved the day .These folks are amazing and I would go to no other for any RV need. From the bottom of my heart...a very satisfied customer.
We drove here after our "house" battery (in our one-year old motorhome...with only 4000 miles driven) heated up and began spitting out steam and acid. The fellas here did the necessary replacement very quickly and efficiently, and were friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service and would come here again without hesitation.
I have had my trailer serviced by Kent RV for over 3 years. We take long trips and do not want to have problems. They have done a great job-doing the work that was needed at a fair price, even saving me money when a less reputable place would have sold me something I didn't need. The service department is great but busy, so book early. They are small, but honest and capable.
My husband and I have been looking for a good RV repair shop and we took our camper in to Kent RV. The service was great and the people were friendly. They fixed everything on our list including an electrical problem. About 3 weeks after the electrical problem the refrigerator went out. I made an appointment for Thursday but had to cancel. I will be calling to make another appointment in two weeks or so and will do another review! So far they are great! Had a toilet leak. Was able to take it right in. Unfortunately, the leak involved the base and entire toilet had to be replaced. It had to be ordered but got it in the next day and called me to come in and they did th job while I waited.
My neighbor told me to check out Kent RV, his nephew Jeff Hasness is employed there. Jeff was not there but was met at the door by Jim. I explained i was interested in a 5th wheel rv. He told me the only 5th wheel rv they had was a large toy hauler, which would require a bigger truck than I own. We proceeded to chat for over 20 minutes, in which I learned a great deal about rv's and which dealers to go to and which ones to avoid. Kent RV could not have made our purchase any easier or more friendly. We really appreciate the personal attention throughout the sale and trailer orientation. We ultimately made the decision to purchase with Kent RV because of a very reasonable price, so the pleasant experience was just a bonus.
