Best experience Iâ??ve ever had at a dealership. They are honest people to buy from, They told me everything was working on the used Trailer and then took the time to SHOW me everything working AND HOW TO WORK IT!!!.. All this at NO Charge.. Kent RV is by far the best place that I have done business with since I have been buying, cars, trucks, or rv"s. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them.
We didnâ??t look at many other trailers. As soon as we saw the used Keystone, we knew it was perfect. They took our old trailer in trade so we didnâ??t have to deal with selling it. Dan went over every detail of the trailer so weâ??d know how everything worked. We still havenâ??t had a chance to use it as my husband had emergency surgery, but weâ??re ready as soon as the good weather hits
As a first time RVer I was very pleased with the staff at Kent RV, they where great. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends that are looking for an RV.
I would like to say my experience was quite the opposite. I and several family members have purchased RV,s there and found the dealership most helpful. Answering questions, teaching me how to use everything and showing me all things working. On my first Purchase I was new and Dan spent extra time making sure I new how everything worked. ew to RVâ??s I was rescued by Dan when I couldnâ??t figure out my furnace and didnâ??t know how to even drive the motorhome. He was amazing and saved the day . About 12 days later my husband died. I needed to sell my motorhome and this time Donna and Debbie came to the rescue. After a bad repair experience elsewhere, I went to Kent RV even though it is a drive for me. They did nice, competent work and did it on time and correctly. Good people to deal with, too.
Hey yo, whoa... If you need a good experience come here! It was our first time buying a trailer and we stumbled upon this place by accident. Kent RV is a super friendly amazing place to shop. We bought a 33' foot Jayco and we are newbies. I repeat, I know absolutely nothing about RV's and these guys and gals have given us the Nordstrom treatment.
