OMG these guys are awesome! We (unfortunately) purchased a new RV from Sunset RV and it has been a nightmare ever since. ALL the batteries (starter and house) went bad over the winter; We tried to get an appt with SS RV to replace them but that was to be a month. We found Kent RV and they were AWESOME; they ordered our new sealed batteries and made room in their schedule to install them as soon as they received them. I am a new 5th Wheel Toy Hauler owner that was recommended to Kent RV by a friend. It has been one of the best experiences I have had. They do so much more than store my trailer even though that's all I pay them to do. Today I made my second rv purchase from Kent RV in 3 years. I traded my truck camper in that I bought from them3 years ago and even though there were a few things needing repair I still got almost as much as I originally paid back in trade. The staff at Kent RV is almost all family and not a commission driven sales staff. They have affordable RV's for every budget and their repair staff are very good as well.
