This was the most pleasent experience we have ever had dealing with the folks at Kent RV. They went out of their way to please us. We are so happy with our 23 foot trailer we got from them. We purchased our first rv through kent rv and they made the experience awesome. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure sales and had great deals. Once we purchased the coach they performed a detailed walk through of the coach, showing and explaining all the options and mechanics of our purchase. Needless to say When we drove off the lot we felt great about the purchase, we knew how to operate and maintain the equipment and felt that if we had any questions we could call at any time.

I and several family members have purchased RV,s there and found the dealership most helpful. Answering questions, teaching me how to use everything and showing me all things working. On my first Purchase I was new and Dan spent extra time making sure I new how everything worked. In sending in my parents they 2 were flat impressed with the service and treatment and they have owned many RV's in there years. Best Place to BUY a Trailer. Went out of my way and drove the distance to get to this place. Super Friendly Staff, Knowledgeable and Honest.. Definitely will go back when we decided to trade up to a bigger trailer.
Just purchased a Used (2014) Travel Trailer from Jim, Donna, Jeff at Kent RV. I must say we had a great experience with them and the process. We looked at their inventory first and then visited other dealers, once we were done at the other dealers it was clear that we would buy from Kent RV. The quality of their trailers was much nicer and cleaner than the other lots we went to, plus no loud music or balloons in the way of looking around. As first time trailer purchasers we've had nothing but an amazing experience!!! We were going to go to another place to look at trailer, but my brother told us that you have to walk around with someone and have them let you in to every trailer, he said go to Kent RV for a no pressure sell. We went to Kent RV and Jim sat with us and let us ask any question and told us anything and we never felt pressure to buy from them.
