I recently bought my first RV, Winnebago Trend, and my experience with Dan and Matt was fantastic. Alongside installing my backup camera and sewer extension storage perfectly, they efficiently fixed my water heater. Undoubtedly they're experts, especially as local owners. I recommend their service to everybody.
Had these guys add a HDTV antenna and find out why my cable didn't work on my George Town XL class A. They found and fixed the issue and they were able to get everything else I requested done. When they found a issue they called me for permission which I gave and all issues were fixed and when I came to pick it up the technician explained everything to me. Excellent work and fair prices. Had to have my power supply fixed and Camping World had the diagnosis wrong but Dan said it was probably a transfer switch and he was right, the electrician did an outstanding job on the wiring and now I'm back to being a very happy camper, I should have started off by saying I live full time in my motorhome!!
We shopped around for a much smaller trailer but then stopped into Kent RV. It was so convenient to 167. The gentleman gave us so much information, pros and cons of trailer sizes, and he was cordial and kind to us. We decided to buy with him because he was just so honest, even though we did not have intentions of buying a 19 footer, we decided it was the best option for what we needed. We Love our new Jayco 27BH trailer!! We have had it out three times before the camping season ended and we are still in shock as to how easy it is to tow and setup, not to mention how much fun it is. I especially love the RVQ. Our many heartfelt thanks to Jeff and everyone at Kent RV for putting up with us being looky loos for at least two years before buying this amazing trailer!
