Very friendly and knowledgable sales people. Nothing us too much trouble. Walk through every single detail. Introduces you to the team. I cant praise Shay the sales person who spent hours going through the car. Installed our phones. There was nothing that he did not go through for us. This is what you call going beyond to make us happy.

got treated like a girl in a car shop. went in knowing what I wanted and what I had been preapproved for as far as financing, when it comes to signing the final papers, the interest rate was 1.99% higher than what we had discussed. the sales manager was then angry because I refused to sign any further paperwork and no longer wanted to go through with the sale. sneaky business.
Can't stop them from emailing me crap! Asked salesman, asked customer service, asked online chat salesperson several times I'll buy somewhere else next time!
Some of the rudest people I've ever met just because I'm was dirty and in work clothes you judged me and pretty much said I couldn't afford it so I couldn't go on a test drive that's ok I'll take my business somewhere else

I have a love-hate relationship with my 2016 Outback, to the point I'm ready to trade it in for a non-Subaru. Jim and Matt were able to understand my frustrations and work with me. They resolved my issue very quick, especially being a walk-in.
