Great service and friendly staff.
Just bought my 2020 dream car- a green forester! Stephanie was wonderful to work with, got us a great rate and even got me an upgrade to work in my budget. I love the Subaru brand, but out of the 5ish dealerships within a 30 mile radius of home, this one was by far the best-and least pushy. I never felt like "just money" to them. 10/10 recommend-Steph is the best😉

I just leased my second car through Kenosha Subaru and the process was even smoother than before. Both Joe Abrego in Sales and Derek in Finance we’re quick and efficient, but also delivered all the need to know information and answered all questions. Both were very knowledgeable. I just took my car in for a recall work. my car smells like fuel and now my check engine light is on. My car is a 2019 impreza. I do not recommend this dealer for service.
WORST SERVICE. I took my car in for some issues with rust spots on my Forester that is only 2 1/2 years old so it was under warranty. They said it would take 2-3 days. It took 3 weeks! Not once did they call me during the delays. I had to call them for updates. I left 2 messages and never got a call back. They said they were waiting for a part but I said I couldn't wait any longer so I would pick up me car and they could call me when the part came in.
