I had my first oil change and tire rotation recently at Kenosha Subaru. The online scheduling was simple easy quick, there were no surprises at the dealership . I waited for the car to get done and it was done quickly. I was out the door and on my way and good to go.
Twice in the last 18 months, your service techs (not sure of service writer's involvement) have advised that our cars, both 2006's, a Tribeca & and a Baja, have needed $5-$6000 total repair procedures. We declined both times & had these items looked @ by a local independent repair facility (whose head supervisory mechanic is a neighbor & friend).....& the next nearest Subaru dealer. 1st both of these repairs facilities recommended the same 105K maintenance procedures with different total price estimates, but both were substa... read more

I’ll start off by saying I don’t usually write reviews…I bought my 2020 Subaru Forrester last week from Kenosha Subaru and it was absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Robert was a delightful salesman, very low pressure. He patiently answered all of my questions and was just wonderful to work with. We also had my old Subaru serviced there. The service department is professional and the car was done on time. I’ll be bringing my new car back there for all future service work.

Great, thorough service! Rachel took the time to also explain everything in detail whenever I had questions. She also followed up and called me about changes that came up so I was well informed and there were no surprise fees that later popped up. Overall, I appreciate the good communication, attention to the little details, and promptness of the services delivered.
