It is so sad to read the negative reviews. I too have had continued issues with their property at Western University. Most recently, the university has closed the campus and thus all the dining halls. The apartment complex, which house university students, is not willing to assist the students with early lease termination. The apartments are leased by the bedroom, some students may choose to stay in their suite making social distancing impossible. I agree! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I am in the process of preparing legal matters with them! I have NEVER seen such shady activities in my life!! BEWARE!!!!!
