Cheri does a GREAT job on color and cuts! I get compliments all the time!!!
Cheri knows hair!! I have my hair highlighted and trimmed by Cheri and always get compliments (even strangers)! Nice relaxed atmosphere.
This salon really aims to pamper you - from heated towels to fully stocked mini-frig to gourmet coffee! This was my first visit to KCS and it was very enjoyable. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. You are made to feel right at home the minute you walk in. Even tho I wasn't delighted with the hair color, I was delighted with the condition of my hair after coloring. I know it takes a few visits for a new beautician to get a color down pat. I plan to visit again and again.
My whole family goes to Kenneth Clayton Salon. Cherri is a very talented stylist and colorist; she gives her honest oppenion and won't steer you wrong when trying something new. The customer service is exceptional; my appointment time has never been double booked and I always feel that I'm seen as the most important individual during my appointment. The salon is exceptionally clean and inviting with overstuffed couches in the waiting area. I've been going to Cherri for ten years now and have never been displeased!
I have been going to Cheri(the owner) for about 10 years now, and I absolutely LOVE her! She has always done a fabulous job and I have always gotten compliments on my hair since going to her. This salon has a friendly, laid back atmosphere...not stuffy and way overpriced like most Birmingham salons. If you want a great cut, color or both this is the salon for you!!
Great salon! Great experience! I have been to several salons in the city and now I have finally found my place! I recommend both Cheri and Katie. I have received many compliments after both have done my hair.
I lost my stylist of 10 years and, in a panic, was trying everything. I got a suggestion about KCS from a friend and took a chance. I have NEVER had a better experience at a salon. The service is excellent, the salon is relaxing and the prices are out of this world. Cheri is my stylist - and I will not go anywhere else. I have had more compliments and have more "hair confidence" than I have ever had... I wish I had know about it sooner!! I rave about it to anyone that will listen!!
I have been going to Cheri for a long time and have had nothng but great service. She not only is my sylist but is a good friend. Kenneth Clayton is a great place you will get great personal service.
Getting my hair done is my only "splurge". When I went to the salon the first time, I didn't get the haircut I wanted. I went back and Cherie fixed it at no charge. She takes her time and talks at length about what I want and makes sure that we are on the "same page". I have enjoyed the experience and will continue to give them my business.
