The worst service I have ever experienced. I brought in my car that I purchased at Kennedy to get some work done to it and they made it worse. I had to call kennedy to see what was wrong with my car because they would not get back to me. I had to take it somewhere else so they could fix kennedy's mistake. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I hated my experience there and I will never go back.

Horrible horrible. Do not take your vehicle here if you need work done after a car accident. Our vehicle sat in their service bay for 2 weeks before they touched it! We called to check on it and they were like "umm we were waiting on body to pick it up." Poor customer service and very poor management. Also, when we finally picked up the car, they didn't even wash it, and we checked everything and there was a HUGE gash in the tire and a chunk missing from the wheel.
