John Zale was a wonderful no pressure salesman and beyond helpful even after the sale to take the time and help set up all the new technology. The only negative to the experience was the fianance office it was very degrading to the point of offensive. moking my credit score and down payment to him getting mad and storming out to get an answer to a simple question!! I recently purchased a used minivan from Kennedy Mazda. I am not tolerant of high pressure, pushy sales people so I usually go into a dealership ready to turn and walk away if the sales person rubs me the wrong way. I was recently driving past this dealership and I got a flat tire. I pulled in just to look at it and the employees had me pull around to take a look. The General Manager Andy came over and helped change my tire. Everybody was wonderful and so helpful! I will definitely be buying my next car here.
Replaced my hated Hyundai with a 2020 Mazda cx-3. My salesman was John Moore. He is an excellent salesman he understood my needs and didn't try to sell me something put of my price budget either. I haven't even considered the cx-3 originally. He took the initiative to pull one for me to test drive. Obviously his initiative paid off for both of us. He made a sale and I have a vehicle I love. Need a new or new to you car or especially a Mazda. Go to Kennedy in Valparaiso_IN ask for John Moore, you won't be disappointed.
I had my first wonderful car buying experience today with John Zale. Usually buying a car is a very tedious nerve-racking experience. With him and the Mazda team I have to say I was so pleased.
