My first time there was yesterday very friendly and accommodating
After looking around for quite a while and talking with many car dealers in the area who were very high pressure, I bought my Mazda from Kennedy Mazda 1 year ago today..because I had recently lost my husband everyone so helpful since this was my first car buying experience on my own. They are always friendly and helpful and answer what I am sure are some really "dumb" questions. After my experience today with your salesman. I will not return to your dealership again. What an unprofessional way to do business. Making me feel like a low life, when in fact I was a cash buyer. Your salesmam yelling out "we're here to make money" as i was walking out the door was uncalled for. When i made an offer requardless the number I threw out, the answer was no! Never have I been treated so bad from a dealership. Making an offer on a car and having the salesperson tell you no. Then when you ask to speak to someone he tells you no. We were cash buyers. You just lost our business and I will spread the word.
We purchased a 2016 CX-9 GT on 1-28-17. We had come in several times to test drive and never felt any pressure to buy. We dealt with Richard and Andrew the sales manager. Both stand up guys. They were up front with their pricing and offered a better price than other dealers. Great buying experience. Highly recommend!
We had excellent service when we purchased our vehicle and traded in our old one. We also had excellent followup and maintenance.
