Great eats Great Maine location right on the water. In the summer you can watch the boats go to and froe. You can eat inside or outside at one of the tables on the deck. The food is great. The garlic fries are worth the trip. Seafood, steak, and lunch options.

Amazing views, food was top knot here. We had Haddock Reuben and crab cakes. We try crab cakes most everywhere we go and these were in top 2. Covid precautions were evident and they have done a great job of signage for 1 way traffic. I assume the recent negative reviews are from losers who aren’t willing to protect others with masks and social distancing. We will be back!
First time in Maine and I love this place! It was perfect!
The staff is very friendly. The spot on the Kennebec River is perfect. Always one of my favorite spots. Looking forward to the other side of this pandemic when they return to their fabulous full menu. It is also a great spot for social distancing. They have a very effective process for trying to keep everyone safe.
Owner was very rude and nasty. trying to support maine buissness and will never go there again. My food was not cooked as ordered.
we had 2 boats today that stopped in for take out, planning on eating ON OUR BOATS! 1st, picking up the food we were told a mask is "the law", NO,its not! 2nd, owner told us no hanging out on the dock while waiting for food! had to get back on boats! 3rd, we were still eating on our boats & she came back down and yelled at us that we NEED TO LEAVE! we were making her uncomfortable with the amount of people - mind you, we were ON OUR BOATS!!!
