I went to the Kennebec Tavern for the first time when I was recently in town on April 21st. It was busy so we sat in the bar area at a table. We saw the waitress, but she never came to our table. After waiting for a bit, the bartender came over and ended up taking over our table. He was very nice and apologetic, and appeared to have taken other tables as well. Im rather disappointed in how poor the service has become! I am embarrassed for this place, the quality of the food served was not something to be proud of. Our server failed to acknowledge us after we sat for 15 minutes. We finally were able to order and we never got our beverages until after our appetizers had been served and mostly eaten.
