RecommendedI would like to see the covid screening people use more common sense! I’d told the ladyI knew all the questions and the answer to them all was “no”! i was in pain and making my way to the cast clinic. Her petty continuing question by question approach was very unwelcome! If that wasn’t enough she had a security person verbally chase/shame me to put a mask on which I was desperately trying to do and needed help not their call outs. My one available arm was full. There is nowhere to set anything down! People with the use of on... read more

RecommendedI was very pleased with my experience at Highlands Regional Hospital. My son and myself were treated with such professionalism and care. The doctors, nurses, and entire team made me feel that my son was in safe hands. Dan Veale was amazing and sat with my 2 year old, playing with him and talking with him to help make him feel at ease during his stay. They did not even offer diapers to my grandmother. We had to tell the doctors what to do.. they were not proactive.... nurses were absent most of the time ...

RecommendedMy friend had a gastric sleeve operation. yesterday. I have been with her from the beginning to the end and I can brag ALL day about the forth floor nursing staff. Day and night shifts have been nothing short of Amazing. Everyone is so KIND, CONCERNED, and always checking on her and myself making sure we where comfortable. I have had several bad experiences in hospitals and this team has rekindle my interest in the nursing profession so much that I will be starting my journey Winter 2020. Isn't that CRAZY!!!
