Horrible service! The staff is very irresponsible.
they have the worse telephone system you can not get through over the past 3 days the commercials I have to hear run up to 20 minutes...before they even get a person to assist me in person... the worst. if they change the patient room you never know unless you investigate...after you find out. you get a run around. the worst!!
Unprofessional staff, kicked out a 60 year old woman who just wanted to see her son. When she was leaving on her own a security chased her down just to threaten her. There is no accountability in this hospital and it’s sickening to see.
The worse and unsanitized hospital in the miami region. Doctors dont know what they talking about. Ive been with my wife still in the emergency room because she was admitted, so 2 days without transferring her to a regular room, bathrooms are dirty urine all over the floor and toilet. Toilet paper thrown on the floor, and patient bed with blood stains from the patient before my wife, had to get someone and clean it. The WORST hospital
Sitting in the ER over 10 hours waiting for a room. Beds and beds of sick individuals lined up against the walls in the hallways waiting to be admitted. No one can tell you anything. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty, no paper towels and no toilet paper with urine on the floor and food in the sink. “Clean up” involved throwing out the trash and refilling the towels and toilet paper.
