Horrible service patient is the least of their concern. Lack of resources to care for patients, excuses for everything. I would NEVER recommend this hospital. If I didn't react quickly would've lost my Dad. Staffing is subpar, below any standard compared to other hospitals in the 3county area. Baptist provides immediate care, every patient is a priority. They're professional, demonstrate up most respect and patient is their number #1 concern. Staffing levels are superb. Night and Day difference.
is a disaster! mom was admitted today due to an infection. at ER since 840am still no room for her. the bathrooms are disgusting, dirty, unable to use it. we are in ER rm #16 there are blood and orine sample in the room. which does not belong to my mother. mom urinated called the nurse half an hour we had to clean mom and change the bed sheet. we are afraid to leave her alone in this place.
Get staff that actually cares about the health of people. My sister is there right now and you suck.

there isn't enough I can say about this amazing Medical Center! my mother was cured for from the emergency AR Center to the hospital room until the end of our stay, the care the love two patience, the continues unending Constance persevering at our side! how they understood, overlooked our testing trials and met them with a smile and assurance with support and success!! Kendall Regional is better than ever thank you!
My wife and I have been patients at KENDALL Regional and the service has always been exceptional !!!!
