Excellent location, in beautiful Pinecrest, a short walk to food shopping and MetroRail. The complex is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The professional and polite management of Frank and his staff is 5 Star.
My experience at Kendall House Apartments was amazing! I lived there for 2 years and I had a great experience. They were always able to help whenever something came up. They always responded quickly to the calls and offer an immediate solution for them. This is located in a very convenient location close to the Metrorail station and within walking distance of different grocery stores like Trader Joe’s, Publix, and Target.
