My experience at Kendall House Apartments was amazing! From the very first moment, I felt so comfortable thanks to their warm hospitality and willingness to help with everything. The condo is in a very convenient location—just 5 minutes from the Dadeland South Metrorail station and within walking distance of great grocery stores like Trader Joe’s (literally 3 minutes), Publix, and Target. Yesterday, I visited this place because the affordable price and good reviews. This lady who gave us a tour was very rude. She mocked us because my husband earns 64,200/year as lecturer. Fyi, this is his first job after struggled finding a job and he is an autistic. He applied to almost 200 schools. If I earned 1 million dollars, I wouldn’t try this place. Don’t rent in this place if you’re not RICH!!!
