I’ve lived here for two years now and I love this apartment so much. Everything is so new and up to date, the pool is amazing and the community is great. The management is very helpful whenever you have any concerns and get things done in a timely manner. Great place for both the young and the old to live�
I have lived at Kendal apartments for a couple of months now and I have absolutely loved every moment so far. This place looks amazing, the maintenance staff here does a wonderful job with the upkeep and maintenance of everything in the complex, the office staff is great, very friendly and make you feel right at home. We just renewed our 3 year lease and absolutely love our apartment, building, and community. My boyfriend was diagnosed with cancer in April and members of Kendal even came to our fundraiser. We had never met them before, but they came to support us and I think that is a perfect example of our community. Our maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner and the office staff has been professional and courteous. Couldn’t think of a better place to live! Love you guys!!!!
Newbie to the community but am very pleased so far. The office staff has been incredibly helpful with my transition. Very responsive to questions and needs. The amenities are nice and the pool area always clean. Love that they provide dog bags and pails to encourage a clean and tidy area. Thoroughly happy with my decision to move here.
We moved to Kendal on Taylorsville in May and my fiancé and I are SO HAPPY! The are is always well kept/clean, employees are friendly and helpful, and the apartment complexes themselves are BEAUTIFUL! I am personally obsessed with the bathrooms! I love the soak tub and the gorgeous shower! My finance loves the kitchen with a modern look, modern appliances, and SO MUCH counter space.
