RecommendedIt is hard to find family friendly rentals for a family of 5 with a dog. We are new to the Louisville area and this is a perfect central location right off the Gene Snyder to easily access where we need to go. Facilities are clean and well maintained, staff and maintenance are very responsive. We definitely recommend Kendal!
It is wonderful resort style pool wonderful staff and management. I want to live here with my family until we buy a house a few years from now.....

We have had a great experience so far. All the ladies are wonderful and have been so helpful with any questions we may have. The units are beautiful and well maintained. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for that luxury resort style living.
Living here is like going on vacation and staying at a BEAUTIFUL resort. Except you don't have to leave, because it's HOME!! The people are friendly and AMAZING!! 😊😊
It has such a friendly atmosphere and from the manager down to the maintenance group they can't do enough for you. It;s almost like a community rather then an apartment complex. Lived here 3 years and can't imagine living anywhere else.
Today’s the day we get to begin thanking our wonderful maintenance dept. The guys and gals that take care of things around here are AWESOME! I haven’t had many work orders, but when we do you can bet it’s taken care of pretty much the same day. We appreciate them more than they know! Thanks for all your hard work and always being there when something goes wrong. Well, just thanks for being there period!
I absolutely love my apartment, but what makes this place amazing is the office staff....they are so conscientious, always follow up quickly, plan great community activities, and it makes living here feel like home. Also, it is nice seeing the property so well maintained, and so dog friendly. I visited so many locations, and even started the application/deposit process when I accompanied one of my friends here. We loved it, and brought 2 more families with us, lol. If you haven't visited, please don't hesitate.
