Great place
Beautiful apartments inside & out, with Great friendly staff. The pool and exercise center are amazing, along with the dog park they just added. I would definitely recommend these apartment homes!!
I love the community here at Kendal! I have lived there one year and just renewed my lease. There are so many nice amenities and monthly community gatherings! Love our home!
Moved in a few weeks ago. Townhome is very comfy for our family of four. Maintance is supper prompt and helpful. Neighbors very friendly.
A great and friendly place to live. Great maintenance staff, jolly on the spot�. Have great activities 4 all residents. Pool is fantastic. Putting n 2 cazebos. Beautiful landscaping. New dog park���. Club house is awesome. Just beautiful. Just signed r 2nd yr lease. That's says everything about Kendal apts. Highly recommended if anyone needs an apt. They r beautiful nside also.
Even though I won’t be officially moved in until August 10th, I am very excited to make this transition to my future of living there. The homes are indeed beautiful and the staff have already gone above and beyond to promptly answer every question and accommodate me in my home requirements. So, Bentley (my furbaby) and I are looking forward to our future at Kendal on Taylorsville
