I’ve been here one year and I can see a difference in overall production of a maintenance and grounds and I don’t think I would rate a luxury community. It’s a nice apartment community, but I would not call it a luxury community. too many old trucks and cars that sit here with them expired tags they’re either broken down not getting towed. We got one here that’s got a tag on it. Two years old. The guy drives it and has a half a bumper, and it barely runs and every time he makes this turn, I think he’s gonna hit me.
