It has been a while since I’ve lived in an apartment, so I was super picky when looking. I absolutely chose the right place in Kendal. I love the apartment, the pool, the grounds are immaculate and the staff is always so helpful and pleasant and really make you feel like you are a part of a community! I love it here!
We absolutely love living here! We never hear our neighbors, and they have young children, so one would expect to at least, occasionally hear something, but nope! Never. Everyone we have met throughout the community has been nice and polite. The office staff is the best! They are all so kind and helpful. The maintenance guys are awesome. They do a great job making sure everything is kept up and fixed promptly. I highly recommend Kendal on Taylorsville!
We have been here a couple months and are really happy with our decision to move into this apartment complex. The staff is all very nice and very helpful and the apartments are maintained well. We have had maintenance come out a couple times and they have always been very nice and very quick. The pool is awesome! And my son loves the playground here. Not to mention we love the location. We moved into the Kendal apartments in May, and have loved every part of it! The staff are extremely accommodating- from the maintenance crew to the sweet ladies in the front office. They welcomed us and have made us feel like part of the community from day 1. I’ve utilized the emergency maintenance line once, as I locked myself out of the apartment with my dog inside. The best staff to ever work with no matter what the problem is, they take care of it. The maintenance staff is really great and the property is well taken care of. My wife and I really enjoy living here.

We moved to the Kendal in Sept 2016, and it was our first experience living in an apartment. But so far, we have loved living here! The maintenance crew is wonderful and always there to help quickly. The ladies in the office are so sweet and friendly. Going into this move, we expected to live in an apartment a year or so. But we just signed our third lease. We love the amenities and our neighbors are great. You can’t ask for anything better!
I’ve live at the Kendals since February 2019 and it’s been nothing but great! It’s a very nice , friendly, and quite area to live. The staff and maintenance team stay on top of all repairs and special requests. Thanks for making the Kendals an enjoyable place to live!!!
