We have been in business for more than 15 years and have completed over 15,000 inspections in the Southeast Florida area. Did not give estimated repair cost for any of the flagged areas and was told to pay another fee from another company to analyze and give cost estimates. Gave absolutely no leverage against the sellers! In the past 12 years I have had 5 home pre purchase inspections and all except Kenco have given estimated repair or replacement costs! $610 dollars wasted

Thanks for the Feedback Brian, We do not give estimates for repairs, This is not part of the home inspection We do refer you to a third party estimation service that will estimate the entire report for a fee if you wish. The fee for the home inspection is for the Inspection of the property and the report and not estimates for repairs that are noted. There are too many variables to provide an appropriate repair cost.
As a Realtor, we always recommend them to our clients. I recently used them for myself as well. They are prompt, professional and thorough and all the guys are fun to work with!
Keneco was a pleasure to work with , they made the process very stress free. The inspection was very thorough. I received the report in the same day as the inspection.
